COVID-19 Update

From the exam room to the retail floor, we have been working hard to ensure we have a patient and retail experience that provides for your safety without sacrificing our quality of care. For patients, prior to your appointment your doctor may encourage you to complete your paperwork before coming to the office. If not, this will be done on site in the safest available way. If mandated or strongly encouraged by national and local guidance, some EyeCare Centres may do a temperature reading using a contactless thermometer. Additionally, we may ask that patients wear a face mask or covering to their eye exam to help maintain the safety of everyone in the office. Please try to come into the EyeCare Centre alone or limit who comes with you to one person if possible. Upon your arrival, we may ask that you wait outside and we will call you when ready for your appointment.
